The Happy Face Music Festival is an annual Memorial Day weekend concert in Simi Valley, put on by the Rotary Club of Simi Sunrise, with tribute bands, food, and drinks, and proceeds going to local charities and international causes. It’s named after Simi Valley’s Happy Face Hill, which the Simi Sunrise Rotary Club looks after. I spent the day at the 2023 festival, and the community had a blast.
